We offer store pickup and may also arrange delivery depending on the customer’s location and order details. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, courier issues, public holidays, or customer availability.

Where sizing help or calculators are provided, they are intended as guidance only. Fit may vary by body type, product design, fabric, and personal preference.

8. Returns and exchanges

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or collected by a courier, cancellation may not be possible.
