Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because Csiri Intimates sells intimate wear, hygiene and product condition are extremely important. Please read this policy carefully before buying.
1. General hygiene rule
For hygiene reasons, intimate items are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been worn, washed, altered, soiled, perfumed, or returned without original tags or original condition.
2. Items that may be considered for exchange or resolution
We may assist where:
- You received the wrong item
- You received the wrong size from what was confirmed in the order
- The item was visibly damaged at the time of receipt
- The item had a clear defect before use
3. Condition required
Any item presented for review must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
- With tags, where applicable, still attached
4. Reporting window
If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Please include your name, phone number, order details, and a clear explanation of the issue.
5. Size issues
We provide sizing guidance where possible, but fit can vary depending on body shape, product design, and preference. Because many of our products are intimate wear, size exchange is only considered for bras or corsets, and only if the item is unused, in original condition, the tag is still intact, and you report the issue within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Any requested replacement is also subject to stock availability.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not automatic and may only be considered where we confirm that the wrong item was supplied, the item was unavailable after payment, or there is another valid issue we accept under this policy.
7. Non-returnable cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for panties at all, or for bras/corsets that:
- Have been worn or tried on directly against the body
- Have been washed or altered
- Have absorbed body scent, lotion, perfume, or deodorant transfer
- Were bought on clearance or marked final sale, where stated
- Were damaged after delivery through misuse or poor handling
- Are returned without tags or not in original condition
