Shipping & Delivery Policy

This page explains how Csiri Intimates handles order processing, pickup, and delivery.

1. Order processing

After you place an order, we may contact you to confirm product details, size, payment, pickup timing, or delivery location before final fulfillment.

2. Store pickup

Customers may collect orders from our shop at Kimathi Street, Corner House, 13th floor, Shop 1310, opposite Hilton Hotel. Please wait for confirmation before coming to pick up your order.

3. Delivery arrangements

We may arrange delivery within Nairobi and to other areas depending on distance, courier availability, and order size. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated before final confirmation.

4. Delivery timelines

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual timing may vary depending on traffic, weather, weekends, public holidays, courier schedules, and whether the customer is reachable when the delivery is being arranged.

5. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct phone number
  • Accurate delivery location or pickup details
  • Any landmark details needed to complete delivery smoothly
  • Availability to receive calls or messages related to the order

6. Failed delivery attempts

If a customer is unreachable, gives an incorrect location, or fails to collect/receive the order at the agreed time, the order may be delayed, returned, or require a new delivery arrangement at the customer’s cost.

7. Inspection on receipt

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received or collected. If there is a problem with the wrong item, missing item, or damaged product, contact us promptly.
